Consciousness-Based Sports (CBS): a holistic training method focusing on mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical development. At Maharishi International University (MIU), we prioritize fostering harmonious teamwork, maintaining positive attitudes, and nurturing inner growth. Our tennis, soccer, and esports programs feature coaches that are deeply versed in CBS technologies and their connections to both sports performance and individual success.
CBS Toolsets
CBS coaches work with athletes using various tools, including the TM program and specialized mental training, to enhance focus, resilience, and overall mental well-being in and out of competition — just like the pros do!
Collaboration
Our CBS coaches will collaborate closely with sports and esports coaches to create a supportive environment where athletes can thrive. Through regular meditation sessions, athletes will learn to manage stress, improve concentration, and cultivate a positive mindset.
The Extra Mile
In addition to their role in mental and emotional training, CBS coaches will also serve as tutors for our athletes, providing academic support and career guidance. This dual role ensures that our athletes receive the holistic support they need to excel on and off the field, and as emerging professionals.
