About Paul

Paul Stokstad is an Elite Pro member of the Racket Sports Professionals Association (formerly USPTA). He is from a prominent Iowa tennis family and has been playing and teaching tennis for over 6o years. He is the author of several books listed on Amazon, including How to Be Your Own Best Tennis Pro. He has had an extensive career in professional writing, web marketing and graduate level teaching. He plays tennis 4-5 times a week and in 2024 won the gold medal in the Iowa Senior Games tennis tournament in his age division.

Paul is a Certified Tennis Instructor of Steven Yellin’s Fluid Motion Factor program, a cutting-edge athletic performance technology that has already transformed the sports experience for many world-class golfers, and top athletes from multiple sports.
